Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at greenled.co.nz@gmail.com if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are accepted for all unused products. Contact us with any concerns.

Exchanges

To exchange, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
