• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time:
• 1-3 working days for North Island non-rural addresses.
• 2-4 working days for South Island non-rural addresses.
• Additional time may be required for rural addresses.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
• Order Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking link once we dispatch your parcel. If you do not receive the tracking link within a week, please check your spam or junk folder.
